Our company is registered for a number of activities in the field of construction, nautics and tourism.

Upon the establishment, the company directed its activities to the continuation of the services offered by the founder Srećko Stavnički as an authorized electrical engineer (authorization No. 148) through its OFFICE OF THE AUTHORIZED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER. On the basis of the request, HKIE issued a decision on the termination of the work of THE OFFICE, and since September the 1st, 2018, the continuation of the business has been transferred entirely to KRIŽNI VIJAK d.o.o.

In the next period, additional efforts were made, both organizational and financial, from the summer of 2019. The company also goes out on the nautical market. Accordingly, a new vessel was purchased. The first set of services to be offered are hiring vessels with and without skipper, organizing personalized excursions and transfers.

The company was registered in the Court register of the Commercial Court in Zadar under the company/name KRIŽNI VIJAK d.o.o. for construction, nautics and tourism with headquarters in Zadar, Ulica Hrvatskih Književnika 31 in the registration box with MBS 110079672. Basic capital is 20.000,00 kunas.
